Kikatv – Family IPTV in 4K - Something for Every Age

Kikatv Terms and Conditions

Written for a household, not a lawyer: what you can expect from a Kikatv plan and what we ask of you in return. One set of rules for every subscriber.

1. Agreeing to these terms

Kikatv runs the site at kikatv.live and sells access to an internet television service that one household watches across its own devices. Asking for a trial, placing an order or signing in means you accept the terms on this page, so it is worth a read before you buy.

2. What the subscription is for

A plan is a license for one home to stream live channels and on-demand titles for the length of time you paid for. The point of the service is breadth: cartoons for the youngest, soaps and reality for the family, live sport for the teenagers, news and documentaries for the grandparents and box sets for the parents, all under one login.

Line-ups move around. Channels are added, renamed or dropped and on-demand titles come and go, so we cannot promise that any one channel or title stays in the library for the whole of your term.

3. Devices, logins and how many screens

Your plan comes with a set number of simultaneous streams, from one up to five, and that figure is the most screens that can play at the same time on the single household login. The login is yours to use at home; it is not a shared password to hand around to other houses.

4. Parental controls sit with the account holder

Most IPTV players let you set a PIN, hide categories and build age-rated profiles so younger children only reach what you are happy for them to see. Those tools live inside the app, and choosing and setting them is the responsibility of whoever holds the account. Our setup guides show you where the options are; deciding what each child may watch is a parenting call, not something we can make for you.

5. Ordering and paying

Every order goes through a WhatsApp chat. The figure quoted there is the whole price in USD, nothing repeats and nothing renews on its own: when a term ends it simply stops unless you choose to buy again.

We switch the account on once payment clears, usually under 15 minutes, and send the login straight back to you in the same chat.

6. Keeping the account fair

Keep the login inside your own home. Posting the details in public, letting other households use them, or passing streams on to people outside the home ends the subscription with no refund. If you want to sell access yourself, join the reseller program rather than splitting a personal plan.

7. The guarantee in brief

New subscriptions carry a 7-day money-back guarantee, set out in full on the refund policy page. The short version: if we cannot get the service working for you, ask on WhatsApp within 7 days and you get your money back.

8. Uptime and the odd interruption

We target 99.9% availability and run spare servers to hold the picture steady through a busy evening, but the stream still travels across networks we do not own and can drop for maintenance or events outside our hands. A long outage is made good with extra days added to your term.

9. Where our responsibility stops

The service is supplied as it is. As far as the law allows, anything we owe you for a problem is capped at the amount you paid for the plan you are currently on.

10. When these terms change

These terms can be revised; the date above always marks the current version. Carrying on with the service after a revision is how you accept the new wording.
